Terms and Conditions

At the time of using the Online service of UpBright Knowledge (UBK), you are considered to have accepted the terms and conditions which has been given below.UpBright Knowledge has the right to change (add/modify/delete) the terms and conditions at any time.The terms and conditions must be read by the user.

The agreement between you and Online service of UpBright Knowledge (UBK):

1. The user is at least 18 years of age or has the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. By using Online service of UBK you accepted the terms and conditions.
3. All prices are in Indian Rupees and any change in price without earlier notice is the sole discretion of UBK Online service.
4. UBK reserves the right to cancel any order which is listed at an wrong price.If the payment has been done by user then the amount will be credited to the account of user and notified by SMS or Email.
5. In a card payment, you must use your own card .Because UBK will not be responsible for any fraud.
6. UBK shall not be liable for any delay of purchased (online tests/assignments) things.In case of act of Natural Calamity as flood , fire, wars or any cause that beyond the control of UBK.
7. The user agrees to use the services provided by the UBK Online service through their website www.upbrightknowledge.org for lawful purposes only.
8. The user agrees to provide the authentic information and UBK reserves the right to confirm and validate the information provided by the user.
9. If any details provided by the user are seen wrong then UBK has right to reject the registration and cancel the user from using www.upbrightknowledge.org without prior information.
10. UBK will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on this site.The user agrees clearly that the use of UBK online service at his/her sole risk.
11. UBK online service users or students must send their self attested photocopy of class X/XII marksheet and attach two colour recent passport size photographs along with dully filled Admission Form (hard copy) to the registered office only.
12. The enrolled strudent must do the class properly and regularly. If the student will not hard working and creating indiscipline in the coaching centre ,then he or she will be debarred from the coaching centre.The decision of Centre In Charge in this situation will be final.No fee will be refunded at this cases.
13. If any student absents for more than 7 days continuously without any application, then the student will not be allowed to continue the classes and will not be allowed in the class test(s). In that case the decision of Authority will be final and binding on the students and guardians.
14. After taking admission, if the student showing disinterest in the coaching centre the centre will not refund the money. If the student wants to cancel his/her registration before the commencement of class then the first installment and the admission fee will be refunded.
15. It is necessary to submit the self attested photocopy of mark sheet of class VII/VIII/IX/X/XI/XII and the recent color passport size photograph with the admission form. Incomplete admission form will be rejected. The parents can meet with the Centre in Charge for any query and to know the progress of the student with earlier appointment.
16. Study material will be given at time of classes. Any student who will be absent without notice, he/she will not get the material. If the student is missed the test or absent, then give an application to the Centre In Charge for arranging a extra test for the absent student.
17. It is responsibility of the guardian to pay the fee of the student in time as per schedule. Otherwise an extra charge Rs. 25 will be charged per day as late fine. If the tuition fee is not paid full, submission of post dated cheques is mandatory. In case of post dated cheques are not submitted or bounced then Rs. 100 will be charged. This amount will be charged in cash only.
18. If the student discontinue for more than 21 days and he/she don’t pay the fee then the student must have to pay Rs. 300 for taking readmission.
19. No student will be allowed to bring mobile phones in classes or during the tests. If he/she carries mobile phone in the classes or tests then it should be switched off. The coaching centre will not be responsible for any loss/theft of mobile phones in the centre.
20. It is mandatory to provide a valid Mobile No and Email ID of the student or guardian. The result of the test will be sent to the mobile no or guardian can see in the website.
21. In any type of natural calamity such as earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit etc, the coaching centre shall not be responsible in any manner.
22. The centre shall not be responsible for giving seating arrangement to the parent during the classes or tests.
23. The centre location can be changed as per the requirement of the UBK without any prior notice to the students/guardians. It is for the student to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain Entrance Exam or not.UBK is not responsible if a student’s admission form cannot be forwarded by the examination body on any ground. Student cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid to the coaching centre.
24. Any change in correspondence address or phone no, immediately write an application to change the address and phone no. In the application must write the name of student, Student ID.
25. In case of any parent/student/guardian is found misbehaving with the staffs of coaching centre then he/she can be rusticated. The decision of the Authority will be final for the student and parent or guardian.
26. Student must come to centre with the ID card which will be given by the centre. A dress of UBK will be given and must wear it at the time of examination. Student must have to pay Rs. 50 for getting the duplicate ID Card.
27. Registered Candidate must provide their photocopy of Admit Card of various entrance exam as soon as they receive their admit cards from the examining authority. If at any point of time the Government increases the service tax, the extra amount of service tax will be borne by the students from the date of enforcement of the act by the Government.UBK reserves the right to make any alternation in the programs/venue/timing and days of classes without any earlier notice .The decision of the Authority will be final for the students and the parents.
28. It is mandatory to give the photocopy of Govt. Id proof of student or parent to the centre at the time of admission and submit them in physical form as well on visiting the centre.
29. No refund of any Scholarship Test fees shall be made until the test will be cancelled. No refund of Registration Fee. No cash will be accepted at the installment process.
